Carolyn L. Baker

CAROLYN L. BAKER has spent decades working and investing in her native Los Angeles as a senior executive in the nonprofit sector. A former adjunct professor in the community college system, Baker earned a graduate degree in Organizational Development from Northern Arizona University and began a thirty year executive career in nonprofit settings as wide-ranging as Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles, to the West Los Angeles Veterans Campus, to the Clinton Global Initiative. As a Development professional, Baker has directed capital campaigns, annual solicitations, and proposals to private and governmental funders raising hundreds of millions of dollars for safety net causes.
