#EmbraceHer. TRAILBLAZERS is more than just about famous women, firsts, or icons, it’s about the everyday Black women in our lives. You know them. The Black woman that works two or even three jobs to pay the bills; to sacrifice but also support, to always be there to help and guide their children, even other people’s children. The women who help organize, donate and rally to causes. The women who do community service, and use their local businesses to support the community’s efforts. You know them. They are our grandmothers, mothers, aunties, sisters, teachers and mentors, the list is endless.

As we celebrate the women in TRAILBLAZERS , we should consider the Black women in our daily lives. And while the series is a reminder of our legacy as Black women, and the trails that have been left behind for Black girls and women to follow. Celebrate TRAILBLAZERS. #EmbraceHer.
