[trx_title type=”4″ style=”underline” align=”center” font_size=”28pt”]Here’s What Abiodun Oyewole
Has to Say About 2Leaf Press[/trx_title]

2Leaf Press is a vital organ for blacks and Latinos to publish their poetry and stories. Unfortunately there are not many (if at all any) outlets that consistently publish our work. I am personally proud of the press, because Gabrielle David does great work and I commend her diligent efforts in presenting our work properly. It is exceedingly important to have and maintain grassroots publishing for literary artists, especially from black and brown communities. I have personally dedicated my time and money to help keep the press a float, but we need assistance from anyone who recognizes the value of 2Leaf Press, which gives a voice to the unheard. If we are ever to see a real change in this society that will benefit all humans, it takes a press like 2Leaf to lead the charge.

—Abiodun Oyewole, founding member of The Last Poets
Author of BRANCHES OF THE TREE OF LIFE (2014), editor of BLACK LIVES HAVE
ALWAYS MATTERED (2017), and author of THE BEAUTY OF BEING (2018)
