Gregory Mengel

GREGORY MENGEL is a social justice writer and educator whose work focuses on racial and ecological healing. He received his PhD in philosophy and religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Mengel’s work has appeared in The Evolutionary Epic: Science’s Story and Humanity’s Response and A Legacy for Living Systems: Gregory Bateson as Precursor to Biosemiotics, as well as online at AllThingsHealing.com, Pachamama.org, and SensingPlace.com. He is cofounder of Beyond Separation, an organization offering transformational experiences for white-identified people committed to the collective healing of white supremacy.
