Elena Harap

ELENA HARAP co-edited and contributed to the anthologies, Laughing in the Kitchen( 1998) and The Bones We Carry (2010). Her poems and essays have appeared in Bayou, Amoskeag, Spare Change News and Out of Line, as well as NPR. She received an honorable mention for poetry in Anthropology and Humanism and, as a member of the Streetfeet Women, a 1998 Gustavus Myers Award. Harap holds an MFA in creative nonfiction from Vermont College of Fine Arts, and lives in Putney, Vermont.
