Brett Biebel

BRETT BIEBEL is a Teaching Fellow of English and First Year Inquiry writer and teacher living at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. He has an MFA from Minnesota State University, and his fiction has appeared in several literary journals, including Bartleby Snopes, The Writing Disorder, Line Zero, The White Whale Review, and Great River Review. Biebel has published essays on football, popular television, and the 1919 World Series. He is the winner of the Robert C. Wright Award for fiction, has presented his work as part of Minnesota State University’s Good Thunder Reading Series, and is polishing the manuscripts of two novels.
