Anika Fajardo

ANIKA FAJARDO was born in Colombia and raised in Minnesota. She has earned awards from the Jerome Foundation, the Minnesota State Arts Board, and the Loft Literary Center. Her writing has been published in journals such as Los Angeles Review of Books, Hippocampus Magazine, and Dos Passos Review, and in several anthologies including Brief Encounters: A Collection of Contemporary Nonfiction (2015), and Sky Blue Water: Great Stories for Young Readers (2016). She lives in Minneapolis where she serves on the board of the Loft Literary Center.
