The many women within Shirley Bradley LeFlore will return to the Missouri History Museum will take center stage for a three-day run as the anchor piece and namesake of a theatrical tribute to her poetry. This poignant, humorous, and powerful play explores family, love, woman-to-woman experiences, race, and religion, driven by soul-stirring gospel, jazz, and blues, based on some of the works featured in LeFlore’s latest book, Brassbones & Rainbows.
